Introduction.

The house is situated in a quiet street almost all surrounded by nature with lots of privacy, in between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. It has a big pool and at the end of the street there is a little beach, which is a nice walk of 10-15 minutes. A small supermarket with fresh bread, bar and restaurants are at 5 min walks. Famous beaches as Praia da Roche, Benagil or Senhora da Rocha are 2-12km. To play tennis or golf is just around the corner. The house has a garden and big roof terrace with all day sunshine.
In the centre of the Algarve, between all famous beaches, directly along the beautiful cliffs is the villa sheltered in nature slopes with lots of trees and birds.
The house has a living-room with big balcony and separate kitchen. Also it has two big 2 person bedrooms with each it's own bathroom. Both bathrooms has a bath, sink, toilet and bidet and a window for lots of light. In the living-room there is a coach where you can sleep also on.
There are many places to hang out, depending on the sun and heath you can choose in the loggia at the entrance, balcony living-room, big roof terrace, on the beds near the pool or lunch-table pool. On the balcony next to the living-room is big dining-table with 6 comfortable chairs.
For all windows there are dark green shutters, to keep the sun out and on the balcony a sunscreen. Please take care if a storm is coming up.
Guests have access to the house with living room, kitchen, sleeping rooms and bathrooms, balcony, loggia, garden, pool and roof terrace. The car can be parked under the carport.

Attention.

There is a locker in the house for laptops and so. The Algarve is very safe, the locker is just an extra service.
The house is less suitable for families with children in the age between one and six year. The swimming pool is big for keeping an eye on children who can't swim independent. The swimming pool has access from garden. Diving is not allowed. Of course it is without an adult not safe for babies and children to go in or near the pool alone. Guests are always responsible during the stay for babies and children in and around the house, garden, pool, roof terrace and balcony.
Twice a week the pool boy comes for cleaning the pool and once in a while the gardener. They have their own key and comes and go.
Before the check-in the house is cleaned. Please, clean it when you leave and put all towels and bedsheets in the washing box.
To start the airco or television it is very simple with the remote control. The tele has 150 canals. Wifi can be used everywhere from pool to terraces and the complete house.
It is a quiet neighbourhood, people like it that way.

Neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood is fantastic en very central with beautiful houses, nature, farms, cliffs, beaches, villages, bars and restaurants but nevertheless quiet.
Airport Faro is about 45 min, by shuttle bus, car or hired car. Airport Lisbon or for a day visit Lisbon, shuttle busses or train runs frequently for 16-24 Euro single trip in less then 3 hours.
When you like to go out in Portimao or Albufeira, to a trendy club, its easy to take a cab, taxis are not expensive. The famous beach parties at praia Caneiros is only 3 km.
Praia Grande in Ferragudo is popular for families whit a calm sea, lots of space and 4 restaurants, 4,5km.
Surfing can be done in Ferragudo in Praia do Pintadinho, a cosy privat beach facing west with beautiful sunsets, Praia da Rocha in Portimao, Porto de Mós in Lagos, Luz, Zavial, Sagres, Amado, Carrapartera and west-coast. When it is a day not windy, west-coast is great to visit the beach there too. Aljezur is not far and lovely. Same for Monchique in the Mountains or Silves and Loelé.

Transport.

Busses drives frequently on main road, the busstop is 5 min walk. There are two busses, the regular one and the beach-hop-on-hop-off buss to visit all the famous beaches.

Train station Portimao or Estómbar is by car 10min.
